Turley Legal Welcomes Three New Solicitors
Turley Legal is thrilled to announce the addition of three accomplished solicitors to its growing team: Eileen McKendry-Gray, Kathryn O'Hagan, and Rachel Scroggie.
Eileen McKendry-Gray joins as a Consultant, bringing over a decade of industry experience as a group general counsel and a background with a UK Top 50 regional firm. Qualified in Northern Ireland and England and Wales, Eileen’s expertise spans corporate and M&A matters, finance, employment, and commercial litigation. She specialises in commercial contracts, intellectual property, and technology, providing strategic advice on a range of business services including software development, IP cross-licensing, and e-commerce. Eileen also offers comprehensive trademark and design registration services and collaborates with international counsel to safeguard clients' intellectual property rights.
Kathryn O'Hagan comes on board as a Solicitor, having previously trained and worked at a top-tier commercial firm in Northern Ireland. Kathryn’s experience includes managing corporate transactions, share sales, corporate reorganisations, and company incorporations. She is adept at drafting and advising on commercial agreements and has a proven track record of supporting start-ups in their formative stages.
Rachel Scroggie joins as a Solicitor in Turley Legal’s estate planning department. Rachel assists clients with estate planning, including drafting Wills and advising on related matters such as tax planning, asset and business protection, and gifting. She also provides guidance on planning for long-term care and prepares Enduring Powers of Attorney. Additionally, Rachel handles Controllership applications before the Office of Care and Protection and is responsible for the administration of complex, high-value estates with international assets.
