Director/Senior Associate - Corporate/Commercial
This senior role within the firm’s Corporate team involves managing a team and providing high-quality legal advice across a range of corporate and commercial matters. With minimal supervision, the individual will ensure compliance, manage legal risks and protect clients' interests. Collaboration is a key element, as the role often requires working alongside other departments on large corporate transactions.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and offering tailored legal strategies. The individual will lead complex corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and venture capital investments, while advising on corporate governance and statutory compliance. Additionally, the role involves negotiating and drafting a wide variety of corporate contracts and assessing legal risks, providing solutions to mitigate these risks and safeguard clients’ interests.
