We are excited to announce that Eileen McKendry-Gray will be on the Derry Growth 2.0 Panel on Friday 6th Sept at InnoFest 2024, the premier event for the innovation and tech community in the North West. This micro-festival is a supercharged gathering that brings together dynamic start-up leaders and visionary tech entrepreneurs from Derry/Londonderry, Ireland, and across Great Britain.
Eileen McKendry-Gray will contribute her extensive expertise to Panel 1: Derry Growth 2.0. As a specialist in commercial law with a strong emphasis on intellectual property (IP) and technology, Eileen helps clients identify critical intellectual property rights within their businesses and assists them in protecting, defending, enforcing, and maximising the value of these rights. Her approach includes registration, licensing, and strategic advice on leveraging IP as a key asset in corporate transactions, particularly when these rights are bought and sold.
In addition to her IP work, Eileen also represents clients in a variety of creative and technology-based business activities. Her expertise spans software development, SaaS, research and development (R&D) and spin-outs, media, creative collaboration, and concept development. This breadth of experience makes her a valuable voice on the panel, which will delve into essential strategies for founders, covering IP protection, AI-driven scaling, local success, and global ambitions.
