3 YR + PQE REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR
We are recruiting a 3 YR + PQE real estate solicitor to join Turley Legal (www.turley.legal).
Turley Legal was established in 2020 and we are expanding quickly. The team have combined experience of over twenty years in corporate/commercial legal practice. We pride ourselves on our fresh approach to the provision of legal services, promoting a relaxed atmosphere and culture while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client responsiveness.
The role/key responsibilities:
This role calls for a solicitor with good commercial acumen and a broad range of real estate experience, ideally in advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, project funding and more.
You will work closely with our corporate/commercial team, initially servicing clients’ real estate requirements, which will very often involve supporting the corporate team on M&A transactions. This is a role unlike anything else in the current market, with significant potential for advancement and an opportunity to take a lead role with the managing director in shaping the growth of the real estate department of Turley Legal.
