Rachel Scroggie
Rachel is a solicitor in Turley Legal’s estate planning department.
Rachel assists clients with estate planning, including drafting Wills and advising on related matters such as tax planning, asset/business protection, and gifting. She also provides guidance on planning for long-term care. Additionally, Rachel prepares Enduring Powers of Attorney and handles Controllership applications before the Office of Care and Protection.
Rachel is responsible for the administration of estates and has experience managing complex, high-value estates with international assets.
Currently, Rachel is working towards becoming a full Trust and Estate Practitioner. She has completed two out of four assessments for the STEP Postgraduate Diploma, passing modules on the Administration of Estates and the Administration of Trusts. She aims to complete all relevant examinations by December 2025.
When not studying, Rachel enjoys exploring Northern Ireland's culinary scene with her two Brussels Griffons.
