Marie-Claire Logue is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Turley Legal. She is dual qualified and provides advice on all aspects of employment law in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
Marie-Claire has experience advising clients with all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment work, from representing clients at the Employment Tribunal in both NI and GB with claims ranging from discrimination, unfair dismissal, unauthorised deduction of wages etc., to providing employment corporate support, advice on internal policies and procedures and various contractual issues.
Prior to commencing with Turley Legal, Marie-Claire has experience working in international commercial law firms and the NGO legal sector in Sydney, London and Belfast.
Outside of work, Marie-Claire is being kept busy with her three young children and a house renovation.
