Kathryn is a Solicitor at Turley Legal having previously trained with and worked at a top tier commercial firm in Belfast.
Kathryn has a range of experience in assisting with corporate and commercial transactions, including the sale and acquisition of companies, corporate reorganisations, share sales and company incorporations, as well as drafting key and ancillary corporate documents to assist companies comply with their legal obligations.
Kathryn is also experienced in drafting and advising on various commercial agreements across a broad range of sectors. She has also advised many start-up companies, and helped them find their footing in the early stages of a new venture.
Outside of work, Kathryn is being kept busy with a renovation of her first house purchase and has recently re-ignited an old passion of singing.
